These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cleaning services provided by ShinyMiles Cleaning Services ("we", "our", "us", or "ShinyMiles"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Service Types
We provide the following cleaning services:
- Regular domestic cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- End of tenancy deep cleaning
- Additional services as agreed upon booking
2.2 Service Standards
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services using professional equipment and eco-friendly products. All our staff are trained, vetted, and insured.
3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ShinyMiles.
3.2 Confirmation
We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and provide details of the scheduled service, including date, time, and any special requirements.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Prices are quoted based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services or if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due on completion of service
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- Regular customers may arrange monthly invoicing
- Late payment charges may apply after 30 days
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Customer Cancellation
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Less than 24 hours: 50% of service cost
- Same day cancellation: Full service cost
5.2 ShinyMiles Cancellation
We may cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates.
6. Access and Security
6.1 Property Access
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. If access is not available at the scheduled time, cancellation charges may apply.
6.2 Keys and Security
If you provide keys or access codes, we will handle them securely and return them promptly. We recommend changing codes after service completion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
- Ensure pets are secured or removed during cleaning
- Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) and equipment access
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Our Liability
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
8.2 Damage Claims
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims fairly and arrange repairs or compensation where appropriate.
8.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, already damaged, or not properly secured. Pre-existing damage should be reported before cleaning begins.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address any issues free of charge or provide a partial refund where appropriate.
10. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws. Your information is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint:

- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days
- If unresolved, you may escalate to relevant trade associations or regulatory bodies
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
